How does recruiting process work in Europe and Asia, and is it possible to get into banking there studying in US as an international student.

Background about myself: I am international student at non-target school in US sophomore year. I study Finance & Honors Accountancy. I am trying to break into investment banking now, but here in US it is very unlikely to get sponsorship as little amount of companies sponsor. I also want to consider opportunities abroad like: Europe, Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore), but I don't know anything about recruitment overseas.

Could you guys please tell me how does this process works and how to find those opportunities. Or maybe there is forum or chat where I can get my questions answered
