How does/did everybody deal with repeatedly missing classes for interviews and recieving calls for your screening while in class?

I go to a non-target so the professors probably aren't as used to it as they are at the target schools.

this.

Other than if you are a) an idiot and can't outpace lecturing speed b) lecture notes are terrible/do not exist online c) your lecturer is amazing and teaches you rly good exam technique.

They will almost always email you or call you to set up a time to do the phone screens. Don't set up the phone screens for times when you're in class. You've likely got multiple days and 10+ hours in a day to choose from - surely you can make yourself available without conflict.

this. i set up almost all of my phone interviews on the days i have the least class, and generally with an hour or two buffer around classes, just to stay safe (i've had people call half an hour late)
