How easy was it for you to make friends in IB?

Title says it all. Asking because the school I'm at has a pretty weak presence at the BB I'm going to. Won't really know anyone when I head out next summer.

I've always been a bit more reserved and tend to stick with long time friends. I'm pretty social and outgoing once I've warmed up to you…just not the most outgoing with people I haven't met/barely know.

Obviously you're going to be spending 70+ hours a week with your group…I would assume you would get pretty tight with your co workers.

Any advice/tips?

I’m in the same situation and also a bit more introverted.

Do you usually only become friends with you fellow summer analysts or also with some analyst/associates?
