How hard is it to find a new role ~1 year in to banking.
Also another first-year in coverage at a low-tier BB getting crushed and am thinking about quitting around bonus season. For those who have quit from a similar situation at a BB / EB , how hard was it to find a new role. And also, what the the opportunities I would have most success landing given my 1 year experience?
