How does it go for most international students getting into IB? Do banks sponser GC right after their employment? I'm curious about the process

Thanks for the reply! How long does one have to wait until GC sponser in general? More than 2yrs seems like a long time Was there a contract with the firm at your first imployment? Like some statement that they would sponser after Xyears or accomplishments?
