How is documentation handled by your company?
I'm at my first job out of uni, working for a major European bank, and I hate how long it takes to find the documentation that I need about a certain process.
They use a platform to share documents and it has a search box, but the search results are pretty awful.
Is this industry standard?
We're required to use Sharepoint for everything, which gets super annoying with version control and larger files, but it's really good for finding documents as the search function can look within PDFs, PPTs, Excels, and Word docs based on key words, and it's relatively fast too.
