How long does it take for Morgan Stanley to get back to you after final interview

I just finished a final interview with Morgan Stanley's executive director about a risk analyst position. I read online that they usually get back very soon if they want you for the job. Does anyone know how long it takes for MS to generate a response? Does it give out rejection letters? Also does anyone know if it sponsors H1B for their analyst positions? Thanks a lot!

Even if they sponsor, being international is definitely noted with your application and an equally good candidate who is a citizen will often be taken over someone with H1B. just an unfortunate part of how hard it is to get visas these days. But good news is that if you get an offer, they already know you need sponsorship since it's part of the app.

And agree with above, the next day or next 2-3 days tops are when you would get an offer. I wouldn't wait around for a rejection letter, often it will come like 6 months after when they clear out application portal, or never at all

Thanks for the advice. Someone from HR contacted me today and wanted to schedule a phone call. But in her email the name of the job position was wrong. Instead of "Risk Analyst" she said "Quantitative Risk Analyst" (they are two different jobs). The email basically said "Would like to send your application to the Hiring Manager, just need to conduct a short questionnaire with you before." Any idea what this means? I checked everything and I've never applied to this position before.

In my experience this is a good sign and they want to give an offer
