How long does it take to get a response after a rolling superday?
Did a Superday last Wednesday with a BB. Had a zoom interview with the MD on Friday and was told to wait until early this week. It's Wednesday now so I emailed HR to which they responded by saying that they're finishing a final round of interviews this week and will get back to me by next Wednesday at the latest (rolling superday). Is this a sign I've been waitlisted or are they just waiting to give out offers after all rounds of interviews are complete? This is my first time doing what HR called a "rolling superday", and most of my previous offers came within a couple days of the superday. They did ask me to tell them about competing offers as well!
