If you actually got to interview stage without knowing anything about acc/finance then that makes me feel very sad :|

3-4 days in the library, and you'll be good to go as long as you have a solid background on the material. It should be mostly review outside of some of the nit picky financial modeling details. I'd say spend a day developing your story, memorizing anecdotes, preparing a story for every line on your resume, generating responses for the why banking, why us, tell us about our company, weakness/strengths questions...

Once you can hone everything about yourself, it's just like prepping for an exam on the technicals. 4 days 6 hours a day... 24 hours. Now go cram.

 

Depends how quick you read and what kind of memory you have. I would say 20 hours and you can get most of simple technicals
