Slide is 4 quadrants. Two quadrants are 2 separate bar charts spanning 7 years, two quadrants are about 5 bullet points each. You have all the data for the two bar charts and you have the information for the other two quadrants.

If this takes you longer than 10 minutes, you either type incredibly slow, don't have the former slides which this is clearly just a refresh of saved down somewhere, or you're using your mouse to align left

Agree that 10-15 mins probably a good range, with the latter end being if you have to update any capiq data (this always takes a minute or two, unfortunately). You are also describing an ideal investment banking slide, where the seniors won’t change their mind numerous times and when all the data is already perfectly presented. The constant turns and changing models (whether it be through finding errors or changing the way they’re built dozens of times), are what make IB hours rough. However, if you’re slow at formatting something like the above it’ll make the hours worse. If you’re a 1st year, it just takes reps, you should try to improve but if you’ve never outputted a certain type of chart before don’t hesitate to ask your associate if they could send you an example or something like that - definitely take 10 mins to see if you can find something on your own but don’t spend 30-45 mins spinning your wheels.
