What do you normally aim for? I've been trying to practice by recording myself and I end up going over a minute for those questions that require stories. I'm also a slow-ish speaker (can't fix that to save my life) so do they care more about the content or the structure? I've also heard conflicting advice - some say keep it to the bare bones and they'll ask if they want more - others say try to sell yourself as much as possible because if they don't ask follow-ups you may not have the opportunity.

I targeted mine to be around 90 seconds. Any longer than 2 min is where people probably begin to lose interest.

It should be 60-90 seconds each. Provide context and the actions you took and result (STAR). Super straightforward
