For people working at small investment banking shops in Canada (20 employees or fewer), what does total annual compensation typically look like?
I’m curious how pay breaks down across different levels (Analyst, Associate, VP, etc.) and in different cities at these smaller firms (without naming them).
Would appreciate any insight on base, bonus, and overall comp.
