Surprisingly, I could not find any information on this subject matter. Does your firm give referral bonuses? If you feel comfortable, how much is your referral bonus? What firm do you work at?
As I'm gauging up for FT recruitment, a friend I reached out to had asked me if the guy he connected me with would get a referral bonus if they hired me. I genuinely had no idea, and it made me curious.
I'm assuming referral bonuses would be for FT recruits and laterals, but that's just my assumption.
