How risky is FT Recruiting?
Incoming at a mid-BB (BofA, Citi, Barc) and thinking of re-recruiting FT for BB/EB. How risky is networking, especially cold emailing? Is there any chance that my bank finds out and doesn’t give me a return offer? Should I be networking before, during, or after my summer (have heard differing opinions on this)
