How soon can I lateral again?
Was at DB/WF/UBS for 1.5 years in a tier 2 city covering mainly industrials. Just lateraled to HL/Jeff also in a tier 2 city covering FIG. Left DB/WF/UBS initially due to cultural issues, but now I want to lateral again as FIG is too specialized and may not position me well for PE.
How quick can I try to lateral again? Will likely have to do three years as an ANA, but am OK with that.
So how many years of analyst experience do you have?
The higher you get the harder it will be to recruit fyi.
