Was at DB/WF/UBS for 1.5 years in a tier 2 city covering mainly industrials. Just lateraled to HL/Jeff also in a tier 2 city covering FIG. Left DB/WF/UBS initially due to cultural issues, but now I want to lateral again as FIG is too specialized and may not position me well for PE.
How quick can I try to lateral again? Will likely have to do three years as an ANA, but am OK with that.
