How strict are requirements for bank diversity programs?
Ie, if you are a POC, but not one of the ones specifically listed (black, latino, or Native American), can you still apply to diversity programs?
Typically you have to be an underrepresented POC. For diversity programs if you don't fit what's specifically listed, the program probably doesn't apply to you

Much easier to say you're bi than gay, because you're eventually gonna get married and people would probably raise an eyebrow if a gay man marries a woman. I'd suggest wearing the occasional bow tie or fedora at company outings, should do the trick.
