Always easiest to build complicated formula's in steps:
1) Bullet Payment at End: =Full loan value * % bullet payment
2) Remaining Amm.= (Full loan value - bullet payment)/number of periods between time 0 and bullet payment
subtract 40% of the loan and amortize the rest?
