Currently lateral recruiting from a boutique and found myself getting tripped up on this question on why I want to switch. I have usually said "I want to make a transition because of XYZ at my previous firm and felt that the XYZ characteristic of your firm would be a great learning opportunity". I'm not sure if this is the right way to answer this question and wanted to get some feedback.
