How to apply internship as a senior?

Hey guys, i'm will be graduating next year in May without full time offers now :(

I'm thinking about applying to some internships once again to give another shot. I had a summer intern with a boutique IB during my sophomore year summer but I went travelling throughout Europe during last summer(junior summer). Most BBs have increased their hiring in Asia but not in U.S. and they usually hire exclusively from junior interns in the past summer, i.e. Credit Suisse. Is there any possible way to apply to internships once again without delaying graduation since most internships are described as for juniors? I already have enough credits to graduate now and the last thing i want to do is to delay my graduation...
