Hey Everyone,
Curious about people's thoughts on how to go about this. Received a FT Offer at MM IB and am in the midst of processes at a few other firms (either have some rounds or a final round left with these firms) and am waiting to hear back from a few. What would your recommendation be on reaching out to accelerate a FT Process or accelerate a reply for an offer. Thanks in advance!

Helps if you 1) have a deadline and 2) you’d actually take the other offer. Then you can explain the situation and be truthful and it’ll play out. Otherwise sit tight and be patient
Thanks for the reply! Sorry just want to clarify - take the other offer as in the offer I currently have or one of the other prospective firms?
If you’d actually take the offer in hand now, you can express that to the prospective bank. In my experience they appreciate the transparency and you find yourself with either more options or a clearer path.
This is all to say, assess your wants and if you do want the job offer in hand feel free to express that.
