How to deal with lazy/aggressive associates and ensure you don’t get overworked?

I’ve been working in banking for a bit. Currently in a bit of a sticky situation - one of my associates is overtly aggressive and the other is lazy af. I’m getting overworked like crazy - how to I ensure I can maintain good reviews and create boundaries at the same time? Would appreciate any feedback.
