Hey y’all, for those of you that have decided to stay in IB and take the A2A and/or beyond, what made you want to stay in IB and not take the inevitable opportunities to jump to other industries?
How long after you started was it clear to you that you liked IB enough to stay for the long run? Was it related to your firm? Etc...
