I recently moved from old BB -> new BB along side ~10 of my colleagues as part of my new firm's expansion into my industry niche. I was the only non-senior banker that was taken with the team.
What is the best way to highlight on my resume 1) I was strategic hire supporting the new BB's expansion into my sector and 2) I was valued highly enough to be the only junior brought over?
