Any finance experience is solid. Most pre-junior year IB internships won't have you doing any significant modelling work. PE is just as good as IB as PE experience. Do not get a fall internship, given that recruiting will be very intense between August and October.

First step, don't ask questions that clearly indicate you have spent zero time looking for an answer beforehand. If you spent 5 minutes looking around on this site, questions like this have been addressed hundreds of times. Not trying to be a dick, but if you are asking questions that show a lack of initiative/laziness on your part, you're not going to do well in the recruiting process.
