How To Get Out Of Office To Interview?

Hi everyone,

Currently my firm is in office but I have a couple zoom interviews coming up, just wondering what’s the best way to get out of the office to interview…

Thanks

Not sure how it works at your office, but at mine I can book conference or meeting rooms. So the other day my interview was on zoom with video so I set a “meeting” on my calendar for 30 minutes and booked an empty room. Otherwise, use your break and take it in car if it’s without video, or find a quiet place outside office. Starbucks, library room, etc.

Wait, you interview for another firm while you're in the conference room of your current firm? Seems ballsy. Aren't you worried people can hear you? Or what do you say if a senior says "Who's your meeting with?" I guess you just lie? But don't they know it's not work-related?
