How to prep for S&T or ER full-time roles if I’m switching there from IB?

I had my IB stint and I’m realising that it is not working out for me from the perspective of health / lifestyle. I have outgrown the desire for prestige and etc. Right now, I’m thinking to pivot into S&T or ER, I don’t have specific preference but I’m becoming more markets leaning mostly due to WLB - otherwise, I’m very pragmatic and can adopt and learn whatever I find more aligned to my lifestyle. My questions are: 1. Is it feasible to pivot into full-time global markets or ER role from IB? 2. How should I prep? What should I know beforehand? 3. If anyone pivoted from IB to Markets or ER, please send me a DM!

About myself for context in case it’s important: I have postgrad in finance from top EU school and decent IB experience at top two boutiques in London + 4 languages under the belt (none are European though unfortunately).

Thanks!
