How to Prepare for a Career in IB?

Hey, all. I'm currently a first-year at a target school and I'm interested in pursuing IB/Finance. However, relative to my peers, I have really limited knowledge on finance/IB and have no clue as to where to start in terms of learning more about the industry and preparing for my career. I would really appreciate any advice on how to start building knowledge/preparing for IB. Thank you guys!
