How to prepare for an interview at Centerview?

I have a possible screen call coming up for Centerview. Centerview is probably at the top of my list. How do I make sure not to screw this up? I know their interviews are highly technical and also have quite a few brainteasers. For the people who have gone through the interview process, how did you prepare and what tips would you have for me?

Is this for NY summer 2021? Heard their process doesn't start until late summer/fall

Technicals are kinda rough - like an Evercore, PJT, Moelis, Lazard etc. , they really dig into everything. You absolutely must have a strong grasp of basic fundamentals, and the way they sometimes quiz you is by asking how this might look when you actually apply it to real-life companies and stuff. Whenever you're learning something from the guides, try to think how it's applied in the real-world, when it might fail or be not as useful of a metric/concept for a certain type of company or industry, etc.

The other advice I can give is to not ignore LBO or deep-dive accounting or other things that you think you might not get because this is just "strategic advisory." Everything is fair game.
