How to quit after first year
How to go about resigning after 1 year as an analyst at BB? Have buy-side offer lined up, and intend to quit after bonus in a few weeks. Do they expect 2-week notice? Want a vacation.
Let them know after bonuses get paid. Give two week minimum, be gracious, only have nice things to say. It's never worth burning bridges.
