Stupid question, but how do I change the application or find the contact of HR? I screwed up and accidentally said that I needed a sponsorship, even though I didn't.

You can't update application. That's why they have a review section before submitting. I always go over those requirement questions multiple times to make sure I didn't select a response that would disqualify me. Try w HR though.
