I have received an offer from a summer internship at an EB in Frankfurt and would like to upgrade this to full-time in London.
I have applied regularly but should I be more proactive about it, ie reaching out to explicitly state that I have received an offer?

Yes, standard practice is you inform companies that you are still in the process with that you have an offer. "In the process" being you've at least done an interview.
