Guggenheim, the new kid on the block, but seems to be getting a lot of traction. The other firms have been in Chicago for some time, and seems like Blair and Houlihan may be a bit ahead of Baird and Lincoln as far as reputation. Culture-wise, Blair known as having excellent culture and work-life balance, though they did institute some cuts in last 6-12 months. Also, if you're looking at post MBA associate, I believe there have been some posts on here about Blair either eliminating or cutting back on post MBA associate hires.
