BTW... I call bullshit on this. I think he probably fucked her repeatedly and now she's trying to cash in.... or she led him on just to get this sort of material. Why would she repeatedly allow him to come back to her room and repeatedly go back to his only to put her foot down once there? Why didn't she just put her footdown before when he was asking for both of them to be in a hotel room alone together?

She posed in playboy, was on reality TV show to date a professional tennis player and was in a bunch of softcore porn movies... not exactly an iron curtain between her sexual/economic interests.

Before everyone freaks shit and calls this guy a creep (I'm not saying he isn't) but remember that this was written by HER attorneys based upon HER statements in order to get HER money from someone she knows to have a lot of it.

I agree with happypants - the letter is totally biased and as was said before, there's a good chance it's all skewed in her favor either by her or her attorneys.

Still, that letter is a serious stab to his personal image.

Apparently, he reached his own settlement with Fisher, without knowledge of the HP board and later Fisher said the letter had "unspecified inaccuracies". So basically it was an extortion letter.

I'll never understand why this shit is relevant towards governance. The dude broke no laws, and I as a shareholder am down 40% YTD with HPQ, following one big executive screw up after another... from selling the PC business to pushing out 80% of the board.
