Do people usually alternate their responses to HR during the first stage interview? For ex; why IB?
I can't see myself giving HR a 3-minute story of how my life experiences led me to choose IB, as I would tell a banker...instead, feel like HR don't know anything and want to hear "I want challenges", "team environment", etc.
Does anyone have any advice?
