HR question - Large online finance

I have been writing for a large online finance (Think: Forbes, The Street, Seeking Alpha, Motley Fool, ect) website for about a year, and I have been writing under my real name. I genuinely enjoy writing and the pay is not bad, but I was wondering how HR will view this when I apply for SA and FT positions, because my articles are the first thing that come up when you google my name.

  1. Should I mention this on my resume?
  2. Will it hurt me as banks may be worried that I will divulge confidential information?
