HR was not involved in my business analyst interview at BAML?
hey I applied to a BA position for M&A and went through phone screens/ in person with the team and was told that I was submitted to hr for approval and in order to officially offer me. Originally was told it would take 2 weeks for internal approvals and then that it was delayed. Its been a month and i never heard back and HR was never involved at first... is this normal and can I assume I'm rejected?
