HSBC Commercial Banking Graduate Programme

Does anyone have any insight on this program? I know HSBC's commercial and corporate banking groups are very intertwined and so the program would offer exposure into corporate banking.

Any thoughts on exit opps? HSBC presence in Canada? I am interested in DCM so could I move from this to DCM?
