Hours are EXTREMELY good. I have a friend that works there and she hit maybe 60 hours a week. Pay is on par with normal IBD pay. Strength is also pretty good compared to other LatAm teams, although in the US HSBC does much better with debt (LevFin, DCM) than it does in M&A. Hope that's helpful.
