Hypothetical IB question

Hi guys!

I wanted to know how would one become the IB equivalent of Harvey spectre from Suits? Is it even possible? to receive a pay higher then your peers, receive faster promotions, more perks, etc. Could anyone be the Harvey of an IB?

the question May seem stupid, but since IB is such a linear route with no one getting favoured over the other (at least that's what I've heard) I thought no one could become the harvey of an IB.

I recommend that you don't use a fictional character from a TV show as the basis for your goals. It's not that glamourous in law or IB.

The only way to get special treatment in banking is to bring in massive amounts of revenue for the firm and, even then, it won't be similar. Pay in IB at the highest level is correlated to revenue generated, so you can earn more. But perks? Like, what do you want?
