Hypothetical Situation: No-Name Boutique

Hey all,

Curious to see your advice/perspective on this situation.

What do you think if a student were to graduate early - at the expense of internship experience - but get a job at a very small. "no-name boutique" where they are able to garner lots of deal experience?

I imagined that worst case it would be possible to transfer to a MM, or something, after a couple years if the situation turned out to be that sour. And at best, there would be huge opportunity to rise up the ranks in this boutique?

Thanks
