I have a summer room in NYC
I have a room available starting ASAP. It's not a super easy commute downtown but it's right by the F so uptown in easy. It's in a more "party" type of area on the border of the LES and East Village. Lots of bars nearby and the rent is $1000/month + util. There are two other rooms in the apt and one of them is being occupied by my roommate's friend. Not sure about the other but it will likely be empty. All in all it's a good spot if you like the LES. PM me if you'd like to talk more.
