I sent an old resume and got interview
A few months ago I networked with an MD at a boutique firm and just received an invite to interview today. The problem is he pushed my old resume and I have changed it a decent amount. I also go to a non target so I am already at a disadvantage. Should I send the updated resume? To HR or the analyst that is interviewing?
