i think i bombed my interview?

As the title suggests, I didn't do too hot in an interview today with an investment banking recruiter. It didn't help that the resume that I gave in initially wasn't that good but I was able to email her a tailored resume that was better than the one I turned in before. A couple of the questions that she asked I wasn't prepared for and towards the end of the interview, when I asked for any advice she mentioned the resume that I first gave in and then said something about the questions. I don't know if I'm overthinking this but given that Im a junior at a semi-target I really feel like I missed out on a huge opportunity. I don't know what to do now.
