Hi Everyone,
I'm just wondering how helpful the standard investment banking analyst training program is, especially for non-finance managers. My bank does not have one and quite frankly - things can get tough when you have no clue as to what is going on. My VP will just ask me to watch what he is doing and expects me to learn foreign concepts right on the spot. I was just wondering if there are any training programs anyone can refer me to - free or something reasonably priced.
My end goal is to work in distressed asset/infra PE (do PE firms also have training programs) so I do not want any gaps in my knowledge moving forward. Any advice on my current situation would be much appreciated.
