Any benefits of being an MBA hire vs being promoted after being an analyst for 2-3 years?
In any given BB/EB IB division, what percentage of the associates are MBA hires vs former analysts?
How often/likely is it for an analyst to get promoted to an associate position? If an analyst does not get promoted, does he/she get fired?
