I recently got an IB Analyst interview for Gravitas Securities which is a Canadian Boutique firm. Does anyone have any information on the interviews they conduct? Or if anyone has gone through an interview with them can you please share some details?

I'm interested as well. Looks like I've got an interview with them next week so I'm interested to see people's thoughts.
I have never heard of them and I've worked in Toronto IB for a handful of years. I think they may be relatively new so I don't suspect you'll have much luck on interview tips on here. Frankly, I've never understood these posts asking what interviews are like anyway as you should be as prepared as you can be regardless and just assume they're going to ask you some of the same behavioral / technical questions that everyone else asks. If they ask some really bizarre questions it is unlikely anyone else will know them anyway.
