Very interesting to note that lots of people in IB are there really one for themselves. Either for prestige, to grow their wallet, or to just act better than everyone else. This isn’t everyone by any means so don’t be offended if you’re not like this. However, it is daunting that I’ve ran into so many selfish a******* who only really cared about themselves. We could have had a lot of success if these type of people didn’t exist. Makes IB horrible if you have management and senior directors like this.
