Are there any firms that include low-income or first-generation immigrant students as part of their diversity programs? I'm a low-income Asian-American male trying to break into the industry but I haven't been able to find any diversity programs that apply to me. Are there just too many Asian males that are already working in the industry?

There are some ethnic specific programs ran by ethnic specific organizations in finance and some of them are pretty damn good at placing their kids into IB.
Your post is in line with many people saying that diversity programs shouldn't (just) be about race, but also about socioeconomic background.
Any student with no or limited access to the right funding for studies is less likely to break into certain industries.
