IB Salaries Switzerland
IB salaries for the UK are pretty well documented on other threads. I'm from Germany and am deciding if I would like to make the move to Switzerland or go to the UK. Does anyone have any data points for Swiss IB salaries for
AN1: Base + Bonus
AN2: Base + Bonus
ASO1: Base + Bonus?
Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

I believe most banks pay relatively the same as in London, maybe a bit higher. The IB scene is also much smaller and people in CH like not to disclose their salaries, so pretty tough to get a specific estimates.
From what I heard and seen AN1 is on average 110k base.
Thanks! Do you know which banks are at this 110k base salary point? UK base salaries are lower than 110k from what I've seen and heard.
London bases are lower than Swiss, bonuses are similar in like for like roles. The 110k is not correct.
Do you've some confirmed Swiss bases then?
Very high entry salaries and slower salary growth in Switzerland in general afaik.

sorry, no idea. Idk if they are even relevant. RTH lost a lot of people. HL/GCA is not really an EB
