IB Summer Analyst Pay
With the recent IB analyst pay increases across the street, did summer analyst salaries also get an increase or are they still around $85k prorated?

I wish … every 2022 SA offer letter both my friends and I have gotten have clearly stated the pay. Once an offer is made, I don’t see how how (or even why) they’d increase it
I’m at a UMM M&A IBD and make $20 an hour for 9-5 and $30-40 for after hours.
I prefer hourly for SA roles since I don’t mind working till 12
What MM shop pays that low? I have 10+ friends interning at MM places this summer and the lowest any of them is getting is $30/hour normally and $45/hour OT. Most are getting 35-40/hour regular.
Isn't that basically the same? $85,000 annual salary comes out to about $1635 per week, which means if you work a 60 hour week it's $27/hr and if you work an 80 hour week it's $20/hr. Seems like that MM is about the same. If you work 10 hours it'd be $160 for 9-5 and $60 for 5-7 which comes out to $22/hr
what is UMM banking? Do you mean like Houlihan, Piper, Baird?

Got my offer letter last Friday for 2022 SA from JPM and it said 85K pro-rated. Analyst did say that it would be changed later on.
